Technical Requirements for digital chalk online classes

Internet access and a valid email address are required to complete courses with ABC Real Estate Training Institute. Suggested browsers include Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. Adobe Flash must be enabled in order to correctly view the video player. Users accessing ABC's online courses for the first time must register for an account before completing a class session. It is free to set up an account and credit card information is only required to purchase and view a video session.

When registering, please make note of your user name and password, as ABC does not have access to retrieve that information. If you are having any technical problems, please contact us at 978-373-2859.

Experiencing Technical Difficulties

Contact DigitalChalk Support at support@digitalchalk.com include your full name and course information. Be sure to close all other tabs, browsers, and programs while streaming your content. It may also help to hard wire your Internet connection instead of using a wireless network connection. Tech support is also available by calling 877-321-2451.

Course Instructor
Our instructor Andrew B. Consoli has been instructing Massachusetts and New Hampshire real estate agents for over 25 years, hosting continuing education sessions at ABC's home classroom in Haverhill, MA as well as at satellite locations throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. 
Certificates

Students can print a certificate of completion after watching each course. NH real estate and MA contractor courses require a 80% grade on the test. When taking a course with multiple video segments, all segments must be complete before receiving a certificate.  If there is a mistake on your certificate, please email info@abchomeinspection.com or call 978-373-2859

Course sign in and sign out information

The actual student's name that will be on the certificate acknowledges and agrees that they are the actual student taking the course, allowing another person to take the course in the students name would constitute fraud.

Information for students who require both MA and NH certificates

When a student is taking a course eligible for both MA and NH credit ,you can  Print out the applicable certificates after completing the courses.

Refund Policy

If the student has technical problems with the course that cannot be corrected, we will provide the student a voucher to attend a live presentation or refund the tuition fee.
