All licensed Construction Supervisors in Massachusetts are required to complete continuing education every two years. Our online courses let you earn credits in the comfort of your own home at your own pace — you can start and stop whenever you want. You are allowed to take half of your required credits online; the other half must be completed in a live classroom. You can also take all classes live.
If you already have some classes completed through ABC Real Estate Training Institute Inc. or other providers, we are here to help you complete the remainder of your hours. You must complete your continuing education before your license expires. All CSL licenses renew every two years.
UNRESTRICTED CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR CLASSES
(You need 12 credits)
ALL CLASSROOM LIVE CLASSES COME WITH FREE DONUTS, COFFEE, SODAS, WATER BOTTLES, LUNCH SUBS, PIZZA, CHIPS, DESSERTS AND ICE CREAM. THIS IS THE BEST DEAL AROUND HANDS DOWN.
There are three CLASS OPTIONS for Unrestricted supervisors. Pick option 1 or 2 or 3 to satisfy your Continuing Education Credits.
Option 1
Take ALL classes LIVE
Classes consist of PART 1 and PART 2. You will earn 12 credits.

Option 2
Take Part 1 LIVE — Take PART 2 ONLINE
You will earn 12 credits.
Price for one day live $99.00 and online class price is $99.00
Option 3
Take PART 2 LIVE — Take PART 1 ONLINE
You will earn 12 credits.
Price for one day live $99.00 and online class price is $99.00
Restricted Construction Supervisor
You need 10 credits. Take Part 1 live (6 credits, see schedule below) and complete 4 credits via the online Part 3 course.
