CE Requirements by State

ZOOM and ONLINE classes available. You choose what works best for you — maybe a combination of both.

Real Estate Agents in Massachusetts

Requires any 12 hours of MA-approved electives every 2 years. There are no specific core requirements for MA.

ZOOM and ONLINE classes available for all 12 elective hours.

Real Estate Agents in New Hampshire

Requires a special 3-hour NH Core class and any 12 hours of NH-approved electives. Total: 15 hours.

The new law requires all NH agents renewing for the 1st time to take specific courses. ABC offers all those classes. Call us for details.

New Hampshire First-Time License Renewal Requirements

2022 Rea 302.03 for all newly licensed agents requires 12 hours of specific elective topics and the New Hampshire NEW LAW 3-hour CORE. Total of 15 hours. All of these classes must be done Live/Zoom — they cannot be taken online for first-time NH renewals.

All four of these courses are required:

Purchase and Sales (P&S) Agreements— 2 hours

Plus two electives (your choice):

Any two classes will do — your pick from the list below. The first-time NH renewal student must also take two more classes to complete the 12 hours of electives needed.

All PE and PLO classes are also good for students that are not first-time licensees. ABC has all the classes you need.

Zoom classes require a camera and microphone on your device.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your Zoom class.

You will receive a class reminder email the day before your class.

All Zoom class participants will be emailed the Zoom link on the morning of the class.

90% of students prefer Zoom these days.
